Martin is currently a board member of Diransa S.R.L. (a portfolio company) and Bond Energy Solutions S.A.S. (a portfolio company). Martin is also the Chairman of ProdEng S.R.L., an independent board member of Betterfly, a former independent board member of Beliv (the branded-beverages subsidiary of the Central American Bottling Corporation, the leading Pepsi-Cola bottler in Central America, the Caribbean and Ecuador), Bia (a multi-family US$400mm investment vehicle focused in the food space in Mexico and Central America), and Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., and an Endeavor mentor in Argentina.
Prior to founding Lucens Capital, Martin worked as an Executive Director in the Latin America M&A and Advisory group at J.P. Morgan, based in New York. Prior thereto, Martin worked at Lehman Brothers in New York, and Bank of America Equity Partners (private equity), where he
supervised the fund's investments in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
Martin obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Juan serves as the Chairman of Diransa S.R.L. (a portfolio company), a board member of Bond Energy Solutions S.A.S. (a portfolio company), an alternate board member of Ceverum Ltd. (a portfolio company), a professor in the Master in Finance at the Universidad Di Tella in Buenos Aires, and an Endeavor Mentor in Argentina.
Prior to joining Lucens Capital, Juan worked as Managing Director of Puerto Asis, the private equity investment arm of the Organizacion Roman family office, where he managed a portfolio of direct, co-investment and LP private equity investments. In that capacity, he was a board member of Roch, an Argentine E&P company with focus on the austral basin, an alternate board member of Roman Servicios, an Argentine specialized heavy lifting and transportation company, and an observer to the board of directors of Terminales Rio de la Plata, one of the largest container ports in Argentina, controlled by Dubai Ports.
Prior thereto, Juan worked for 14 years at J.P. Morgan, initially as a financial analyst in the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group based in New York and most recently as an Executive Director in the Southern Cone Investment Banking Coverage group based in Buenos Aires.
Juan earned a B.A. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the Universidad de San Andres and participated in the LAVCA & Wharton Latin America Private Equity Professional Development Program.

(a portfolio company). Pablo is also a board member of ProdEng S.R.L. and is a former independent board member of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A.
Prior to founding Lucens Capital, Pablo worked as a Vice President in the Emerging Markets Opportunities team at Oaktree based in New York. Prior thereto, Pablo worked as an investment professional at Eton Park covering private equity investments in Latin America and in J.P. Morgan’s Latin America M&A and advisory group.
Pablo obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Lucens Capital, Juan Pablo worked for 10 years at J.P. Morgan, where he most recently was a Vice President in the Latin America M&A Advisory Group based in New York, where he covered the Technology and Consumer & Retail verticals. Prior thereto, Juan Pablo worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Latin America Coverage Group based in Buenos Aires.
Juan Pablo earned a B.A. in Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from the Universidad de San Andres.

Victoria is currently an investment professional at Lucens Capital. Previously, Victoria was an analyst in AP Structured Finance, where she focused on alternative investments in Latin American financial markets. Victoria graduated from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella with a B.A. in Finance.
