Martin currently serves as chairman of Janis (a portfolio company) and ProdEng S.R.L., and as a board member of Bond Energy Solutions S.A.S. (a portfolio company) and Diransa S.R.L. (a portfolio company). Martin is an independent board member of Betterfly, a former independent board member of Beliv (the branded beverages subsidiary of the Central American Bottling Corporation), Bia (a multi-family investment vehicle focused in the food space in the US, Mexico, and Central America), and Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A..

Prior to founding Lucens Capital, Martin worked as an executive director in the Latin America M&A and Advisory Group at J.P. Morgan, based in New York. Prior thereto, Martin worked at Lehman Brothers in New York, and Bank of America Equity Partners (private equity), where he supervised the fund's investments in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

Martin obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA), and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Martin serves as an Endeavor mentor in Argentina.
