JUAN SEBASTIAN RON

Juan serves as the Chairman of Diransa S.R.L. (a portfolio company), a board member of Bond Energy Solutions S.A.S. (a portfolio company), an alternate board member of Ceverum Ltd. (a portfolio company), and board member of Janis (a portfolio company). In addition, he is a professor in the Master in Finance at the Universidad Di Tella in Buenos Aires and an Endeavor Mentor in Argentina.

Juan has over two decades of banking and investment experience. Prior to joining Lucens Capital, Juan worked as Managing Director of Puerto Asis, the private equity investment arm of the Organizacion Roman family office, where he managed a portfolio of direct, co-investment and LP private equity investments. In that capacity, he was a board member of Roch, an Argentine E&P company with focus on the austral basin, an alternate board member of Roman Servicios, an Argentine specialized heavy lifting and transportation company, and an observer to the board of directors of Terminales Rio de la Plata, one of the largest container ports in Argentina, controlled by Dubai Ports.

Prior thereto, Juan worked for 14 years at J.P. Morgan, initially as a financial analyst in the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group based in New York and most recently as an Executive Director in the Southern Cone Investment Banking Coverage group based in Buenos Aires.

Juan earned a B.A. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the Universidad de San Andres and participated in the LAVCA & Wharton Latin America Private Equity Professional Development Program.
