MARTIN MOLINA

FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Martin currently serves as chairman of Janis (a portfolio company), and as a board member of Bond Energy Solutions S.A.S. (a portfolio company) and Diransa S.R.L. (a portfolio company). Martin is also the Chairman of ProdEng S.R.L., an independent board member of Betterfly, a former independent board member of Beliv (the branded-beverages subsidiary of the Central American Bottling Corporation, the leading Pepsi-Cola bottler in Central America, the Caribbean and Ecuador), Bia (a multi-family US$400mm investment vehicle focused in the food space in Mexico and Central America), and Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., and serves as an Endeavor mentor and panelist in Argentina.


Prior to founding Lucens Capital, Martin worked as an Executive Director in the Latin America M&A and Advisory group at J.P. Morgan, based in New York. Prior thereto, Martin worked at Lehman Brothers in New York, and Bank of America Equity Partners (private equity), where he supervised the fund's investments in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.


Martin obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
